MFL thread
MFL thread is a durable polyester suture material for hand and machine stitching of bags and big bags, ensuring durability and reliability of connections.
Multifilament polypropylene yarn is produced in densities ranging from 300 to 4500 denier. It is characterized by high strength, durability, and environmental friendliness, as well as resistance to aggressive chemical influences. It is manufactured by extrusion from highly fluid polypropylene granules.
Polypropylene yarns are characterized by high strength, elasticity, and light weight. They are rot-resistant, resistant to chemicals, alkalis, and solvents, as well as repeated bending and abrasion. Humidity and temperature do not affect their properties: the yarns are non-hygroscopic, retain their shape when exposed to hot water, and remain flexible even at -50°C.
- Resistant to external factors (temperature, humidity, etc.);
- Does not absorb water and other liquids;
- High resistance to bending and abrasion;
- High tensile strength relative to weight and thickness;
- Environmentally safe and antibacterial;
- Low cost compared to similar products.
Multifilament thread is used for stitching polypropylene bags, making backpack straps, ropes, slings, belts, cords, twine, woven webbing and braided nets, for the production of fabrics and big bags, as well as in the sewing of shoes, bags, and suitcases.
