Heat-shrinkable polyethylene film
Heat-shrink film is a polymer material that shrinks when heated, tightly enveloping the product and providing reliable protection and safety. Our company has successfully mastered the technology for manufacturing industrial heat-shrink packaging.
Polyethylene heat-shrinkable film is produced according to GOST 25951 and is available in four grades with various formats: sleeve, half-sleeve, and sheet.
- Grade "O" — thickness 30–100 µm
- Grade "P" — thickness 80–200 µm
- Grade "U" — thickness 30–70 µm
- Grade "T" — thickness 70–100 µm

The production facility is equipped with modern automated imported equipment, allowing for the production of film with different densities in any volume. Depending on the application, the material can have various colors and contain functional additives: stabilizers, heat-shrink components, slip agents, UV protection, and others.
Polyethylene is manufactured in compliance with industry standards and sanitary-hygienic requirements using the film extrusion method, where an individual polymer composition is selected for each type of film to ensure the required properties.

- Resistance to moisture, contamination, UV rays, and mechanical damage;
- Elasticity, preventing the formation of wrinkles when covering goods and cargo.
