Polyethylene film
High-quality polyethylene film is manufactured according to GOST 10354 and is available in various formats: semi-sleeve, sheet, sleeve, or folded sleeve.
The material thickness ranges from 40 to 200 microns.
The sheet width reaches 1600 mm.
The maximum roll diameter is 700 mm.
Our production facility is equipped with modern, automated imported lines, allowing us to manufacture polyethylene film of various densities in any volume. Depending on its intended use, the material can be dyed in various colors and enhanced with functional additives, including stabilizing, heat-shrinkable, anti-slip, UV-protective, and others.
The production process strictly complies with industry standards and sanitary and hygienic requirements. The film is created using a film extrusion method, in which a customized polymer blend is selected for each type of material to ensure the required performance properties.
