Woven polypropylene bags

Woven polypropylene bags

Only high-quality raw materials and components are used in the production of bags, which ensures full compliance of the products with the requirements of GOST 35522-2013 and the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 005/2011 “On the safety of packaging.”

Polypropylene bags are manufactured on modern equipment from Starlinger (Austria), recognized leaders in woven polymer packaging technology. We use polypropylene tubular fabric produced on our own equipment.

The addition of a UV stabilizer ensures the fabric's resistance to sunlight. The amount of the light-stabilizing component is strictly controlled. Durability, UV resistance, and other tests are regularly conducted in the company's laboratory.

Polypropylene bags are designed for packaging, storing, and transporting a wide range of bulk products, including:

  • Food products: sugar, salt, flour, cereals, vegetables, and other products.
  • Agricultural products: grain and legume seeds, animal and poultry feed.
  • Chemicals: fertilizers, soda, polymer granules, reagents, carbon black, etc.
  • Construction materials: cement, sand, gypsum, chalk, lime, crushed stone, expanded clay, and other items.
  • Any other types of bulk products.

We produce a wide selection of polypropylene bags, including the following:

  • Standard PP bags: available in 55x105 cm (50 kg) and 45x75 cm (25 kg) sizes. Lightweight fabric bags with blue sorting stripes.
  • Custom-sized products.
  • Bags laminated with polyethylene (PE) or BOPP film.
  • Bags with die-cut handles for easy carrying.
  • Bags with a polyethylene liner.

Polypropylene bags with a liner.

PE liners provide additional protection for the bag's contents, preventing moisture, dirt, odors, and other external factors.

  • Bags with a PE liner ensure a hermetic seal, preserving the product's properties and preventing spillage during transportation.
  • Liners are made of HDPE or LDPE, with thicknesses tailored to the specific product.
  • HDPE liners offer enhanced insulation properties.
  • LDPE liners are highly elastic and resistant to punctures and stretching.
  • Only liners with the required certifications are used for food products.

Applying a logo or image to bags turns them into an effective advertising tool. We use high-tech equipment that offers several printing options:

1. Flexographic printing (up to 6 colors)

  • Enables you to create neat and aesthetically pleasing packaging at minimal cost.
  • Suitable for both large and small runs.
  • Ideal for printing text or a simple image without complex gradients.

2. Full-color flexographic printing

  • Enables you to create vibrant, expressive packaging that helps your product stand out.
  • Provides nearly photorealistic print quality.
  • Reproduces a wide range of shades thanks to smooth gradients and high resolution.
  • Looks especially good on laminated glossy bags.
  • Its capabilities are almost equal to gravure printing.

3. Gravure (rotogravure) printing on BOPP film

  • Used for the production of premium packaging where visual appeal is as important as protective performance.
  • Process: Ink is applied to BOPP film, which is then laminated to the bag surface.
  • Advantages: The image is reliably protected by the film layer, and the bag becomes more durable.
  • Result: Rich colors and photorealistic graphics that attract attention on display.
  • Increased strength and durability due to the dense fiber weave;
  • Lightweight with high load-bearing capacity;
  • Resistance to moisture and environmental influences;
  • Repeated use without loss of performance;
  • Resistance to mold and decay;
  • Compatible with automated packaging lines;
  • Economical and long-lasting;
  • Available for printing information, branding, and logos. Easy to recycle and environmentally friendly.

The fabric is spun on Starlinger machines, a global expert in polymer processing. Years of experience, unique developments, and the brand's high standards guarantee the excellent performance properties of our products.

The fabric is produced on modern circular weaving machines: FX 6.1 (HD), FX 8.0, and FX 10.0 (used for the production of big bags), as well as Alpha 6.0 (used for sacks). Production capacity reaches 3,500 tons of fabric monthly.
