Double-strap big bags
Double-sling big bags are durable soft containers made of polypropylene fabric with two load-bearing slings, designed for convenient loading, transportation and storage of bulk and heavy materials weighing up to 2000 kg.
Two-sling big bags are made from tubular polypropylene fabric and equipped with two load-bearing slings that are an extension of the bag body. Separate slings make handling easier. The top of each sling is additionally wrapped and secured with a laminated polypropylene cuff.
The cuff protects the slings from damage caused by contact with hooks or forks of loading equipment. The blue color of the cuffs ensures high visibility and facilitates slinging for crane and forklift operators.
The containers are typically manufactured with a safety factor of SF 5:1 and are intended for single use. They are suitable for transporting most bulk industrial and food products weighing between 200 and 2,000 kg.

The loading flap is a polypropylene fabric sleeve sewn to the top lid of the container. It ensures convenient loading with minimal risk of spillage and dust formation. After filling, the sleeve is folded and secured with a strap.
An alternative option is a top gusset (skirt), which allows the container to be completely closed after loading by tightening it with a strap.
Big bags can have the following bottom types:
- solid set-in bottom
- solid bottom, stitched "star" (at a 45° angle)
- bottom with unloading flap (hatch) and protective collar
When unloading containers with solid bottoms, the bottom fabric is cut or ripped using special knives and unloaders.
The unloading flap configuration allows for controlled unloading and partial unloading. The protective collar protects the bottom flap and strap from damage and snags.
To ensure a tight seal and cargo safety, a polyethylene liner with a thickness of 60 to 150 microns can be inserted into the container. Liners come in three types: standard, heat-resistant, and suspended (with a pre-formed neck).
Film liner bags are manufactured in accordance with GOST 19360-74 and can have a straight, bottle-shaped, or U-shaped neck.
Product specifications:

The product quality is regularly monitored under laboratory conditions.
The items are certified for contact with food products.
The color of the liners and the set of stabilizing, lubricating, and other additives are determined by their intended use.
Text or images can be printed on the big bag surface using full-color flexographic printing (up to 4 colors). The image will be high-contrast, durable, and highly visible from a distance, enhancing brand recognition.
