Four-string big bags
Four-sling big bags are durable containers made of polypropylene fabric with four load-bearing slings that provide maximum stability, ease of lifting, and safe transportation of bulk and heavy materials.
Four-sling big bags are made from polypropylene tubular fabric or canvas. Four load-bearing slings made of woven polypropylene webbing are embedded in the corners or sides of the bag, creating four loops for easy lifting and transport.
The versatile design allows for customization of the container's dimensions and characteristics, as well as the addition of additional features. This makes big bags suitable for transporting any bulk materials—industrial, including hazardous, and food—weighing from 200 to 3,000 kg.
Depending on their intended use, containers can have a safety factor of 5:1, 6:1, or 8:1. Models with a safety factor of 5:1 are intended for single use, while containers with a safety factor of 6:1 and 8:1 can be reused as long as the structure remains intact.

The loading flap is a polypropylene fabric sleeve sewn to the top of the bag. It ensures convenient loading with minimal material loss and dust formation. After filling, the flap is folded and secured with a strap or cord.
An alternative option is a top gather (skirt) that closes the container after loading and is secured with a strap.
Another option is a top lid that is secured to the sides after filling.
Big bag bottom types include:
- solid set-in bottom
- bottom with unloading flap (hatch) and protective collar
- bottom with unloading flap (hatch) and lid (lapel)
When unloading containers with solid bottoms, the fabric is cut or ripped using specialized knives and unloaders. Modifications with an unloading flap allow for controlled unloading and partial unloading of the product. A protective collar and lid protect the flap from damage.
To protect the cargo, a polyethylene liner with a thickness of 60–150 microns can be inserted inside the container. Liners are available in standard and heat-resistant versions.
Film liner bags are manufactured in accordance with GOST 19360-74 and can have a straight, bottle-shaped, or U-shaped neck.

The color of the liners and the set of stabilizing, lubricating, and other additives are determined by their intended use.
The bag surface can be printed with text or images using flexographic printing (up to 4 colors). The resulting image will be high-contrast, durable, and visible from a distance, enhancing brand recognition.
