Single-sling big bags
Single-sling big bags are lightweight and durable soft containers with a single sling, designed for storing, transporting, and loading bulk materials. They are easy to use and cost-effective.
These containers are typically designed with a safety factor of 5:1 and are intended for single use. They are suitable for transporting most bulk industrial and food products weighing between 200 and 2,000 kg.
The cuff protects the sling from damage caused by hooks or forks of lifting equipment. Its blue color increases its visibility, simplifying slinging and the work of crane and forklift operators.

The loading flap is a polypropylene fabric sleeve sewn to the top lid of the container, ensuring careful loading and minimizing the risk of spillage or dust. After filling, the flap is folded and secured with a tape.
An alternative is a top gusset (skirt), which completely closes the bag after loading and is secured with a tape.
Big bags can have different bottom options:
- solid set-in bottom
- solid bottom, stitched in a star pattern at a 45° angle
- bottom with an unloading flap and protective collar
When unloading big bags with a solid bottom, the bottom fabric is cut or ripped with special tools. A bottom with a flap allows for controlled unloading and partial unloading. A protective collar protects the flap and its strap from damage.
To ensure a tight seal and protect the cargo, a polyethylene liner with a thickness of 60–150 microns can be inserted into the container. Liners are available in three types: standard, heat-resistant, and suspended with a formed neck.
Film liner bags are manufactured in accordance with GOST 19360-74 and can have a straight, bottle-shaped, or U-shaped neck.
Product specifications:

The product quality is regularly monitored under laboratory conditions.

The color of the liners and the set of stabilizing, lubricating, and other additives are determined by their intended use.
Text or images can be printed on the big bag fabric using full-color flexographic printing (up to 4 colors). The image will be bright, high-contrast, and visible from a distance, effectively enhancing brand recognition.
